On August 9, 2019, UPS announced a rate change concerning International Export Fuel surcharges. The announcement states that UPS will increase the International Export Fuel Surcharge 1.0% for all thresholds starting on August 26. This follows the announcement in May in which UPS increased the International Import Fuel Surcharge by 0.5%.
